Janet Drage brings an extensive background in banking and financial planning to her role as Private Banker. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in financial services, including 10 years with RBC, she uses her planning to provide personalized, comprehensive financial counsel to a select group of clients in Calgary and the surrounding area. Originally from Ontario, she moved to Calgary in 1989, where she has lived ever since. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary, and has also completed her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Janet volunteers actively with several organizations , is active in the RBC community in various charitable events and on the Diversity Committee and brings her leadership to the Leaders Cabinet. Outside of the office she likes to travel, and in her spare time makes the most of beautiful Alberta by getting out to the mountains.

In her position at TD, Loretta leads a team of professionals who are responsible for credit submissions for prospective and existing business opportunities. Since joining Commercial National Accounts, Loretta, as part of an integrated TD team, has elivered financing solutions to clients in the oilfield services, E&P, and diversified market segments. Prior to this, Loretta was VP & Director in TD Securities' Calgary office (wholesale banking) where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of senior lending relationships, primarily within the energy sector. Loretta has been involved with United Way in various volunteer capacities for several years and this is her third year as a member of the Leaders Cabinet. Loretta holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Education degree (Great Distinction) from the University of Regina.

Steve has been a supporter of United Way of Calgary and Area since 2005. As a leader in his company, he established and led a corporate campaign for three years and was a committee member for an additional two years. Additionally, he participated in United Way's Campaign Cabinet for five years as a division co-chair, and has brought his leadership to United Way's Leaders' Cabinet for the past four years.

Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Andrew's varied career has led him to Calgary where he began his MBA through the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Mid-way through his MBA he started work full-time at the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) in the Markets Division where he has progressed to the Senior Analyst role, focusing on the rules and market for wholesale electricity in Alberta. While taking his MBA Andrew was involved in student initiatives including his role as MBA Student Society President, and has been the Chair of the AUC United Way Campaign for the last three years. He is also entering his third year on the Leaders Cabinet.
