Learning and Earning programs support low-income individuals achieve their saving goals faster. These programs can:
- Increase an individual’s financial literacy skills and positively change their relationship with money
- Promote regular savings behaviour and improve money management skills
Money that is saved through a Match Savings program is used towards tangible assets such as tuition, small business start-up, tools for work or a down payment on a home.
