United Way’s “All In” for Youth initiative is well on its way to ensuring our city’s children and youth are set up for success. This first progress report provides a snapshot of the early results and developments.
Since the launch of “All In” for Youth in June, success coaches and transportation pilots have been started in many schools. Volunteers have been recruited, trained and matched with youth to provide positive adult connections. Math tutoring is now up and running at three locations across the city.
This is a great start for “All In” for Youth, which is aimed at reducing Calgary’s dropout rate by 50%.
