While building your messaging and internal Leadership Giving strategies, consider using some of the available Leadership Giving printed or electronic materials:

• Leadership Giving Brochure: Outlines the benefits and components of the Leadership Giving Program. Great for employees who may be new to the Leadership Giving Program.
• Leadership Giving Customizable Brochure: Much like the above brochure, this customizable version allows you to personalize your brochure by inserting your company logo, contact information, and quotes from executives to mark your company's support of the Leadership Giving Program.
• Leadership Giving Bookmark: A condensed version of the brochure. It includes all the pertinent information in a smaller format. Great for using as a desk drop or distribution at events.
• Leadership Giving Pledge Form: A simple way to make a more personal ask.
• Leadership Giving PowerPoint Presentation: This presentation covers the benefits of giving at the Leadership Giving level, including tax credit information and key messaging. This content can be covered by an external volunteer or presented by an internal employee who is familiar with the Leadership Giving Program.
• Sample Leadership Giving Solicitation Letter: This letter can be tailored and sent from your Leaders Champion, President or CEO. It is a great way to encourage Leadership Giving in your organization.
• Sample Leadership Giving Thank You Letter: Sending a letter from management or executive is a great way to thank your Leadership Donors.
• Gifts of Securities Brochure: This is a great tool to promote giving through Gifts of Securities. This can be an effective and beneficial way to give at the Leadership Level.
• Honour Roll: The Honour Roll pays tribute to our generous donors in print and online. Distributing a link to the current online Honour Roll page will give employees  chance to see how they would be recognized as a Leadership Donor.

In addition, the tax calculator lets you estimate the amount of tax credit available for eligible donations claimed on an income tax and benefit return for a tax year. A great tool to let employees whatgreat tax benefits exist for those who give.
