WHAT WE DO
WHAT WE DO

The Strathmore Partnership’s funding focus is assisting families in need to live healthy and well in Strathmore by focusing on vulnerable youth, vulnerable seniors and substance abuse.
“I must express that without this group I don’t know where or what I would do. I now realize I am not alone with my mental illness. We get the best support one could ever want. The coping skills and education I have received has changed me a lot. Our social activities are great. We do things as a group that I probably would never do on my own. I have learned to crochet and get a long with people.”

“Growing Opportunities made a huge difference, not only in my life, but in the life of my family. It is a great program for first time moms in a foreign country who don’t have family and friends around and I was one of them. It was so important to have someone who cares. Growing Opportunities helped our family a lot by giving advice, support, information during pregnancy and after delivery. They were wonderful. We were connected with our new community and got information about many resources available to us. We would love to say Thank-you to Growing Opportunities workers!”
