WHAT WE DO
WHAT WE DO

There are several programs available within Calgary to provide a hand up in challenging times, and both the federal and provincial governments also have several programs in place to supplement the need. However, knowing what resources are available and how to access them remains a challenge for many Calgarians.
United Way of Calgary and Area, through our poverty reduction initiative, has developed a series of resources to offer guidance and simplify the process of identifying and obtaining supports for individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
United Way values relationships which strengthen and enhance our partners in the communtiy. Programs, tools, and resources external to United Way, but which support our agencies and community partners can be found here.
