The “shape-shifter” known as…charity?

The Globe and Mail recently published an article that speaks to the many forms of charitable giving.  Whether it’s an anonymous donation of $2million or a young child whose birthday party becomes a fundraiser for charity, both “actions” are noble and charitable.

The article speaks to the fact that charity does not have to take one shape or form.  Check out this great article and tell us… what do you think about the message of the article? Do you agree?

    The article definitely has a great message and I do agree.  Charity can come in many forms – it can be in the form of a monetary cheque donation, monetary funds raised through a fundraising initiative or even volunteerism and participation.  Charity is not symbolized and should not be symbolized by strictly dollars because I know when I give my time to a great cause, or I take part in answering a question or reading an article in a blog like this one, I am participating and that is a form charity in my mind.
