Your dollars and time go towards creating a tomorrow where every Calgarian living in poverty has a path out of it, where all our children are born into opportunity, and where every one of our citizens is part of a connected, thriving community. Gift of Securities Match
By giving a gift of securities for the first time, $2,500 of your donation will be automatically matched thanks to the exceptional generosity of Deb & Art Korpach, Rick & Deb Gallant, and Phil & Francine Welch.
This matching opportunity is available up to a maximum of $75,000. Only contributions to United Way of Calgary and Area programs and initiatives will be matched.
Major Donor Growth Match
Grow your gift by any amount and the growth portion will be matched!
Thanks to the exceptional contributions from Leslie & David Bissett, Lorne & Patricia Gordon, Michael & Donna Kanovsky, and Bob & Michele Michaleski, we are pleased to offer a matching opportunity for all existing Major Donors who grow their gifts. All existing Major Donors who grow their gifts this year will also see the growth portion of their gifts matched!
This matching opportunity is available up to a maximum of $1.5 million. Only contributions to United Way of Calgary and Area programs and initiatives will be matched.
New Major Donor Match
Donate $10,000 or more for the first time and your entire contribution will be matched dollar-for-dollar!
By donating $10,000 or more for the first time, new Major Donors will have their contributions matched in full, doubling their impact and supporting Calgarians in need. Thanks to the exceptional contributions from Leslie & David Bissett, Lorne & Patricia Gordon, Michael & Donna Kanovsky, and Bob & Michele Michaleski, we are pleased to offer a matching opportunity for all new Major Donors.
This matching opportunity is available up to a maximum of $1.5 million. Only contributions to United Way of Calgary and Area programs and initiatives will be matched.
New Leadership Donor Match
Thanks to the exceptional contributions from Leslie & David Bissett, Lorne & Patricia Gordon, Michael & Donna Kanovsky, and Bob & Michele Michaleski, new Leadership Donors ($1,200+) will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

This matching opportunity is available up to a maximum of $350,000. Only contributions to United Way of Calgary and Area programs and initiatives will be matched.
